"Veronica Herber's work Intersection was a shimmering grid made from tape spread out on the grass beneath the apartments on the cliff.  It's geometry mirrored the sharp-edged somewhat brutal local architecture, yet it celebrated impermanence, resting lightly on the land  like a net hung out to dry."
